Connecting Artists With Charities on a New Media Platform Featured

29 Dec

We just learned about a cool new social platform called injii. This is the first social broadcast committed to bringing viewers, artists and charities together and empowering them to change the world, recently launched a crowdfunding campaign to help expand its server infrastructure and support the ongoing development of its free content. The company’s online broadcasting platform exclusively showcases artists' content to increase charity awareness and promote worthy causes.

injii’s online platform allows viewers across the globe to watch online charity benefit performances together – in real time – while connecting directly with artists. Performers select their creative content and when they want it to run, while raising donations and awareness for the cause and the charity of their choice. Viewers learn about featured nonprofits and their causes through customized profiles that include links websites, social media accounts and more. Viewers and fans can discuss the creative content with performers and charities as the concert is being aired, further engaging them in the performance and the cause and allowing them to donate at any time during the concert.

This December, injii will conduct beta launch broadcasts. The company will use its “content for causes” platform to showcase and discover local talent and charitable causes in a different U.S. city an hour a day throughout the month. On New Year’s Day 2016, injii will launch its 24/7 global broadcast, connecting viewers and artists with worthwhile charges and charities to make a difference.
